During this challenging time, we are striving to be available to guide you through your health and wellness journey. We are excited to begin our virtual classes! You can practice and interact with your Downtown Yoga community and invite friends and family from around the world to join the class with you - ALL within the comfort of your own home! We are still working through all the kinks and make a promise that we will continue to grow, perfect and do our best to provide a variety of options so you can continue your yoga journey.

About the Class:

According to yogapedia, “Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.” Join us in this vinyasa practice as we aim to increase stability, balance, heart health, lung capacity, focus and connection to our own bodies. All levels are welcome as yoga is a journey where, every day, every minute, we embrace and begin exactly where we are.


Vinyasa Flow with Amy Hutcheson: Saturdays 9:45-11am

Vinyasa Flow with Rachel Ramsbottom: Sundays 6-7pm / Tuesdays & Fridays 7-8am / Thursdays 2:30-3:30pm
