You can practice and interact with your Downtown Yoga community and invite friends and family from around the world to join the class with you - ALL within the comfort of your own home! We are still working through all the kinks and make a promise that we will continue to grow, perfect and do our best to provide a variety of options so you can continue your yoga journey.

Whether you've had a rough weekend or you want to ease back into the week, this class is designed just for you.
Start with the gentle opening Yin practice to release tension and resistance in the body and mind and then we move through a series of restorative practices to really let go.
Alternative props: Sturdy books in place of yoga blocks, folded towels or sofa cushions can serve for blankets (for sitting on or making rolls), rice bag or bag of beans can be a great substitute for a sandbag.
This class is suitable for all levels.
