You can practice and interact with your Downtown Yoga community and invite friends and family from around the world to join the class with you - ALL within the comfort of your own home! We are still working through all the kinks and make a promise that we will continue to grow, perfect and do our best to provide a variety of options so you can continue your yoga journey.
About the Class:
Whether you are just starting your practice or you want a chance to deepen your existing one, this class offers you the foundation and alignment of yoga postures as well as transitions between them, all while incorporating the breath and meditation practices to support you.
Beginner’s Yoga with Rachel Ramsbottom: Mondays 12:30-1:30pm / Tuesdays 10-11am
Beginner’s Yoga with Amy Hutcheson: Saturdays 11:15-12:15pm
