Restore, Reconnect and Center yourself with Deep Relaxation: Pranayama, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
This class offers time and space for the body and mind to let go and settle into deep relaxation. Through the use of pranayama (conscious awareness of breath), restorative yoga asanas, and yoga nidra (guided reclining meditation), practitioners can release tension and enter a state of tranquility.
